What we do

NV Liquidation LLC buys, tests, repairs, and resells 3D printers and supplies. Most of our stock is Elegoo resin and filament (FDM) printers, plus Bambu Lab filament and parts. We sell pre-owned, open-box, and fixer-upper units at liquidation prices — low margin, high volume. We also run a 3D printer repair service and handle Bambu Lab mail-in returns/repairs and Elegoo returns in-house.

Grades you will see every day

GradeMeaning
A+Like new / new, never used. Label code ends in + (example: S4U+).
GUGood Used — pre-owned, tested, functional. Label code ends in _GU (example: S4U_GU).
FixupFixer-upper — sold as a project / donor unit. Code ends in -[fixup].

Never mix grades up. The grade on the listing is the grade on the label is the grade in the box.

Address trap: Unit #135 belongs to Las Vegas only. Never put Unit #135 on the Alton address. This mistake has happened before — check every label.

Yellow tape rule: yellow tape on an outer box means the unit was repackaged in Nevada (Las Vegas). Note it in the inventory notes when you see it in photos.

Where we sell

Every marketplace has its own rules. The big one: never send a buyer to a different platform. eBay buyers get eBay links. Website/text customers get website links. Moving a buyer off their platform can get the account in trouble.

The golden rules (memorize these)

  1. Shipped = tracking. A printed label is not proof. A package is only “shipped” when the carrier has scanned it.
  2. Ship from the closest warehouse to the customer — the listing's ship-from city does not decide it.
  3. Carrier by weight: 20 lb and under → USPS. Over 70 lb → FedEx. Never UPS. Between 20–70 lb → ask first.
  4. Labels are always 4×6. No letter-size labels.
  5. Business phone only on labels and messages: 702-550-1753. Never put a personal cell number on a label.
  6. Money decisions are not ours. Refunds, discounts, offers, free parts, waived shipping → escalate to Muzhi.
  7. Never promise what the rules don't say. No free troubleshooting for old purchases, no free parts outside the 30-day window, no delivery dates without tracking proof.
  8. Finish the loop. Every shipped order: label saved, tracking written back, customer notified, contact filled in. Details in Order Prep.

When in doubt, STOP and ask. A question costs a minute. A wrong label, a wrong address, or a promise we can't keep costs real money. Escalation rules are on every page — and the full list is in Customers & Messages.
